Our empowerment training program is a scheme that will prepare all our participants for their long-term dreams.The kinds of training we offer vary according to the different community settings. For instance, the leadership needs among the pastoral communities are different from peasantry communities. Communities who live in hilly or mountainous areas have unique needs as opposed to those who live in valleys and lowlands. We appropriate our training to meet specific relevant needs.
